Caring Company

This is a very caring Company and all the staff are very helpful and considerate. They provided my husband with a loan wheelchair for a hospital visit, that didn’t take place as he developed severe sciatica and had to be hospitalised. There was no problem when I had to return it late. Also very good in helping to choose an appropriate new one to buy.

Be careful

I took my disability scooter to these people first the lost my charger after several visits they gave me an old one in its place no apology! Then i asked them to have my scooter checked over i picked it up they said a main part had gone and it would cost £250 a few weeks later i called in to the mobility shop in st helens who id bought my batteries from they asked me if they could test the batteries to make sure the old charger was working, they told me the batteries wernt the ones they had sold me one wasnt even the right size !! Im having further inspection of the scooter to see if anything else has been swapped over ! I was discussing scooters with a friend telling her im buying i new one she said dont go to ATL in prescot they told her if she bought a scooter fot her mother and it didnt suit her they would take it back, she couldnt handle it on the footpaths so they took it back they paid £1,200 but they only gave her £800 back so be very careful !!
