Absolutely SHOCKING experience whilst tryingto take my little cockapoo to cyprus by air.staff were complacent and ignorant to almost every need &concern I had from the very start, they failed to tell me the correct information that they had only booked tickets for the dog &put her on a different flight to me, up to the day before I emigrated, where they gave me FURTHER INCORRECT instructions. They do not like having to do ‘the work’ to assist you and want YOU to dothe runaround FOR THEM. Even afterall was done I have requesteddirectly from one of the shareholders to recoup some of the cost forthe mistakes made which cost me money and nerves in the end to which has been fully rejected and I am theone required to take anyblame or responsibility. Could not have picked a WORSER company at such an important time. Completely dissatisfied and unhappy and was upset thecondition my pet arrived in at the other end, noteven water inthe cage in 35 degree heat. That’s a NO FROM ME 😡🤚🏼
