Gentle but quality's not there

I ordered in good faith two main platter including a bento box and a superior set of sushi .... I was so hungry ...... and disappointed when it turned up: bento box was minimalistic, as was the superior set ! More importantly the quality wasn't there with the fish not chosen the way they should and filament in them .... bento box was the same with chicken over cooked and lost in his sauce .... thanks but never again.
