I have a wonderful experience at this salon. The lady is very experienced and wanted very much to know what I wanted. She was very careful to explain everything, ask questions and explain each cost. I trusted her and will come back again. Great service very happy

I had booked Ahdia for a balyage as I saw her work and needed to find someone who knows how to colour asian hair as a lot of hairdressers have left me with brassy hair in the past. Ahdia has done an amazing job, my hair still feels so healthy after the bleaching and it’s blended so beautifully! And it’s not brassy! She used the Mounir treatment and style. I would highly recommend. The team and so friendly too 10/10

The salon looks lovely and I was very much looking forward to my appointment as I am new to the area. The assistant who washed my hair was very friendly and we had a nice chat. Unfortunately the owner Ahdia completely ruined my experience and because of her I would not recommend this salon and will not return. It is surprising that she works with people in this industry as her customer service skills are extremely poor. She was very aggressive and insulting towards my hair. She kept huffing and puffing when I asked a couple of questions/advice and made it clear she didn’t want to carry out the service I had requested. She was very nasty when it came to payment and tried to charge me more money than advertised because I have naturally curly hair. I actually left there feeling quite tearful and humiliated due to her horrible attitude. I would suggest visiting one of the many other lovely salons in the Pinner area.
