Ahar Cuisine

I've been here a few times and have never had a bad meal. The service has always been quick and the food delicious. It's really great value for money as well. Not the very best indian food I have ever have, but definately very near to it.

I thought I would write a review about this place seeing as nobody else has. I used to go here alot when i was younger as its a 5 minute walk from my house, back then the the food was top notch hands down one of the best indians in whitley bay. I ve been there a few times since the new mangement took over and its ok the prices are still good but the quantity isnt there i tried the new tapas special but was disappointed because i was still hungry afterwards, I say they should bring back some of the class the ahar use to have back in the day then maybe people will leave reviews to match what a nice place this use to be. I would love to say this is the best indians but it wouldnt be honest if your looking for ok food and a quite meal then this is somewhere you should visit but if you try the tapas special on a thursday or sunday make sure you order two if your hungry because one wont fill your appitite.
