Hallway flooring

We used Dan after being recommend. He is a lovely, friendly guy who put us at ease. He was very professional and talked us through his plans for our new flooring and also told us how to maintain it. He done an excellent job and even tidied up after himself. We are very pleased with our new flooring and would definitely have him back if we needed anything else done.

Not what I'd hoped for

I'd used them previously and been happy with the work, so employed Dan again. I am disappointed that even after 12 months we have not been able to resolve the issues and he now refuses to work for me again. If you decide to use Agua please ensure that everything is written down in full, so no mis-communication occurs. Verbal is still binding according to the law, but obviously not in my case. Lesson learnt!
