Ordered a lot of trees for my garden, delivered on time. Excellent quality, mature 4year old trees. Look fantastic!

We ordered two elephants 90cm each for my daughters wedding which was on 4/9/16. They were delivered in the day at the venue in Central London. When they arrived they were only 75cm. Short of 15cm which is quite a lot. We chanel our plans and had to place them on the table. Now the company refuses to replace the. In fact they say that they will replace but I have to pay hire charges of £200 for the day. If they got it correct on the first place there would be no problem.
