Agra Tandoori Restaurant

Whilst the food was average, the service was extremely poor. After waiting 2 hours I called and was told my order had been ripped up and placed in the bin by mistake. After being told another 35 min wait the food arrived 1hr later without an apology with a driver not socially distancing or wearing protective equipment

Was on holiday and decided to call for delivery.
First the guy said we was too far so I then explained that his leaflet said 5mile free delivery and we was 3.8m. He then said ok but be prepared that you may have to pay delivery so I again stated we was 3.8m away on google maps and Waze.
He just kept saying yes but our driver may decide it’s further. How’s that????
Gave up in the end. So disappointed.

The Agra has had a superb reputation locally for many years for good Indian food: whether it is a meal or a takeaway. The range of dishes available is wide and each one is served with care and politeness. The staff are friendly and attentive. The manager has a wicked sense of humour and he can be seen having a friendly banter with the regulars on a variety of topics. A very pleasant evening out for all: from an individual to a party celebrating. I have eaten in many Indian Restaurants, some with famous reputations, but the Agra rates amongst the best!

After we asked one of the staff for the bill, After we had to go up and get it. (we did relise it was busy) we went to the bar, as we approached the bar, the man/waiter did not even look at us, he was busy writting something, we were ridiculasly just standing for 5 minutes with a queue behind us, after 2 mins i just asked can i have my bill please politly, he looked up and said "wait a minuit" very rudely, we waited a further 3 mins, after he finished he says "what did you want" also rudely, we felt very intimidated, then he got out bill out and slaped it in front of us and requested the amount, also rudly. We paid and we left in embaressment, its a shame the rest of the staff were very pleasent, apart from the one at then end who just spoilt our evening, this guy was tall & large guy with glasses i would say middle age. so watch out for him!
