DAMAGE TO CAR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Left car in for follow up work after a VERY RUSHED SERVICE a few days before. The service assistant kindly tried to make up by completing the previously missed inspection and valeted my car while completing work. Which was great until on closer inspection I have noticed not only have they DAMAGED THE PAINT by cleaning my car with something very rough but has also had a stone/ pebble stuck in the brush/sponge an has nice fresh SCRATCHES ON JUST ABOUT EVERY PANEL now nothing to serious and should be able to be buffed out other than 1-2 that may be a bit too deep. I’m sure with the resources they have it would cost them almost nothing to resolve but they have decided to completely deny any knowledge of course... even though I have only had the car 2 weeks, have photos of the car days before and independent witnesses that had the car less than 24hr before...

Top Class & Honest Service from this company. (10 Stars if I could)
My Car didn't start on Saturday morning on my VW Passat which I had bought nearly 3 years ago from these guys, I rang up on Saturday morning at 08:45am explained the situation to be told by their service team to leave the car over that day. On Monday Morning I received a call from a girl called Lisa from Service (very polite and well mannered) to explain to me that my Starter Motor has gone, Lisa then carried on to explain to me the reason behind it was because of previous work (3months prior) they carried out on the car (fixing my clutch) they had not aligned the Starter Motor 100%, therefore told me they will take full responsibility in the cost of covering the work needing done. I couldn't be happier with the honesty from this company. Lisa has also offered me a Courtesy Car while the work is being done to my own Vehicle which I pick up later on. I would 100% recommend this company to all my family and friends .
