Jonathan Smith of Aglazing Repairs owes me £100 for a job he didn’t do and continues to send me unprofessional WhatsApp messages promising he will return the cash every week and fails to do so. Jonathan responded to a job to repair hinges on a French door however he was totally incapable of doing the job – which to be fair was a simple re-alignment of hinges. He turned up and made lots of excuses why he was struggling with the job – got so stressed and flustered he even broke a section of my door – left in such a hurry one of the doors didn’t even open after he completely misaligned it. He promised to come back and fix the mess he had made but not for another 4 days leaving me with an external door that then didn’t lock which was a huge security risk. Less than 24 hours before he was due to come to the property he cancelled saying he no longer wanted to do the job and said he would return the cash that week – he didn’t return the cash + I am still waiting for it for 1 month!
