Came into Aghabridge to buy an alternator for my vehicle but as I walked in the staff and customers were being loud and joking around with each other, yes they probably know each other and it's just banter but I found the environment to be very unprofessional and obnoxious. Tom on the front desk was more interested in carrying this on with another customer after he was finished serving him and made me wait. In the end I walked out as I didn't want to wait. Aghabridge have cost themselves a sale here, won't be coming back, would rather spend my money for a better service elsewhere. Poor, shocking and unprofessional on every level.

The attitude from one of the staff at the front counter is disgusting disrespectful and down right rude !!!
The Bald guy definitely doesn’t have the people skills to be front of house serving customers.
Very much advise to shop els where !!!
Will not use them again.
