Phoned them at 1310hrs on 16 nov 2016. Phone just kept on ringing, must be too busy to deal with customers......

Don't bother!

Made an order by phone for blue slate chippings, quoted price and paid.
Last day of landscapers working and awaiting delivery and when it came, was 'plum' coloured chippings!, driver stated almost the same 'it's not!'.
Contacted Company, informed they took the order wrong and blue slate chippings was a special order, would have to wait a week, and WOULD COST ME AN EXTRA £147.00! albeit their mistake.
After several phone calls was offered the chippings for an extra £54, and would have to wait another week.
Told not to bother, had money refunded, contacted Decorative Aggregates based up North and could deliver the correct order within 48 hours and at a cheaper price.
Tried to use local firms but does'nt always work!
