Ageless Companions are compassionate about people and understand that people experience loneliness and isolation. We can support those who require companionship within their own home environment and accompany them on their choice of social outings and appointments. We also understand how demanding the caring role of a family member/unpaid carer can be, so by supporting their loved one for a few hours a week, a well needed break from their caring role is achieved. Through good conversations with the individual, family members and any other relevant parties, outcomes are identified and support is agree. As every individual is different we are aware that the need for support varies, which is reflected in the dedicated Service we provide, offering the best person centred support to the individual.
