Asked Carl to look at some outdated and possibly dangerous lighting for my elderly parents. He was prompt, caring and courteous and totally professional throughout. He went more than the extra mile and was very reasonable. I will use his services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. 10/10
