Unsatisfied and overpriced.

While the charity is no doubt doing good thing, their charity shop isn’t. Whilst on holiday there, I paid £3.99 for a ‘I Love The Country’ Mike Jupp jigsaw puzzle, having just completed it, I was very disappointed to find 18 pieces missing. 18 pieces is quite a lot of missing pieces! Surely it would be prudent to enquire if the jigsaw is complete when accepting it as a donation, then it can be marked (and priced) accordingly.
