Went in over the weekend incredibly busy due to the cycling event . Received excellent service and helpful staff . Loved the pound sale .

Terrible.spoke to head office about. Stuff disappearing out shop.I think myself and head office manage has been spun a web of lies from shop manager.was promised on 2 occasions that something would be held.took my number and after 12 return visits over 3 months to shop told item was sold day before. But no receipt for the item on day they claim sold.Then threatened by volentee.I wouldn't give anything to this shop,If you want to donate take it to another one of their shops or elsewhere. The manager of head office was very nice and couldn't apologize enough.I feel sorry for this charity
