Customer Service non existant.

Dealing with robots who won't listen, can't get a word in because they talk over you and won't let you finish your sentence. They just rabbit on from a set script so that you can't say what you need to. They don't listen and ignore what you tell them.
Also they don't do anything when they say they will. Following a no fault accident I had to do all the work they did nothing, they didn't ring me with any progress reports or information, I had to ring them all the time.
So I would not recommend them at all. and will not use them again.
