Brilliant Manageress, and Brilliant Staff

Someone took my purse from my bag and a customer saw it, although everyone did what they could to catch the two people concerned after throwing my purse on the floor on running away. The staff were brilliant in looking after myself and my husband, as being handicapped, and elderly, I was very distressed and in shock.
Just want to say Thank You.
