excellent service all round, i couldn't fault the company one bit, when i needed advise they were so clear on instructions on how to help, the customer service is so friendly and helpful

Disgraceful business. I am utterly disgusted by these guys despite paying close to £1,000 for two radiators. Late delivery, (3 weeks and no phone call to advise me...I had to chase) no after sales support whatsoever, don't answer the phone, don't acknowledge complaint emails (I've sent two now giving them ample opportunity to resolve my concerns before writing this review). Once they have your money, they are not interested. Oh and the products they sell are for the European market so good luck installing them yourself. And further good luck finding an electrician who will too. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS.
