Gambia December 2024

What can I say, just an amazing visit to the Motherland with AGA Tours. Nothing was to much, from landing to returning to the UK everything was on point. They went above and beyond my expectation; very professional, itinerary was clear with dates, time and pick up. As for their team in Gambia, words cannot express the warmth and kindness shown, from the drivers and support team, their sinc...ere thoughtfulness and kindness was profound. The tours and historical education were flawless. I look forward to my next trip with AGA Tours and 100% recommend traveling to Africa with AGA Tours. My Wonderful Holiday Experience With AGA Tours

First of all I must say, Sis Angie and Hughie are awesome, loveable caring people and that is what makes them both great hosts. From booking with AGA TOURS, to our holiday in Gambia was a smooth transition. Sis Angie will answer all your questions and concerns without delays. We were well informed as what to expect on our holiday. Once in Gambia our group became a tight nit family. We were not left in our hotel to get bored as we out visiting many cultural places. One of the most interesting excursion was travelling on the Gambia River to visit the historical Kunte Kinte island. This had my mind into deep thinking as to how it was in the year around 1750, when Kunte and others were captured during the slave trade. The people in Gambia are very nice and are willing to help you without a murmer. Overall the hospitality is Fist Class. The food was also great, I kept it simple and ate mainly at the Jamaican owned restaurants. I would definitely travel again with AGA Tours 😄

From the onset AGA Tours were extremely helpful (and patient) with getting me the dates I needed.
The information pertaining to the upcoming tour sent to me before travel was very useful.
The whole of the AGA Tour was brilliant. Both Hugie & Sister Angie, were at hand throughout the entire trip.
I have nothing but respect & good vibes for AGA.
There were plenty of activities & opportunities to go to trips & excursions.
My overall ratings are way past 5 stars.
I would definitely travel with AGA tours again.
And Yes, I will recommend AGA Tours to others.

Travelling with Aga Tours has been a very positive experience. The tone of positivity and family was set from the outset, with regular check ins of new developments. The Tours, personality and experience of the hosts made it a very enjoyable holiday. They go above and beyond to facilitate the group to enable everyone to have a good time. They help to educate and realign you with Africa quickly, especially being the first time going to The Gambia. The trip also shows some of the great charitable initiatives which are inspiring and sets the foundation for many more trips with Aga and a high recomendation that you will enjoy yourself. If you want to visit Africa, are travelling alone, have a disability, travelling with children or have a health issue do not let any of these things stop you from booking a memorable trip with Aga Tours.
