I’m 38 years old, originally from Lithuania. I moved to the UK 16 years ago. I hold Level 3 diploma in Sports Nutrition and have been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. After having two kids, I started working out in the gym. After not getting the results I wanted, I began to educate myself about nutrition and training. In that time, I’ve tried a lot, failed a lot and learned a lot. I was disciplined, and my body was changing quickly.
