Customer service dispicable.

Absolutely despicable service took 6 hrs to respond to a message on a social media site advert, then promised to send a quote through the next day and didn't bother contacting me. If this is the level of service they provide to there customers then I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Really disappointed.
