having paid 50p for a material sample, I was informed that this material was no longer available. Would I like to choose something else or have my 50p refunded. This was in October 2020. Now in Dec. despite numerous requests for a refund, I am still waiting! Very quick to take my money (most companies give a free first sample) but a total blank re a refund!!!!!!!!!!1

I absolutely love my made to measure curtains from AFW Interiors. They had the patience of a saint whilst I was undecided about pattern. They were equally attentive to the detail to ensure that I got the measurements exactly right. The quality of the fabric is just fantastic, the curtains are beautiful. They fit perfectly and when I realised I'd thrown out my old curtain hooks and needed a new track, Alyn came out the same afternoon and fitted it for me, so I could start to admire my new curtains asap. Even the aftercare advice is second to none! Who knew you can improve the look of your new curtains by training the folds! Just fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

So pleased with my new curtains, thank you, they look fabulous and hang beautifully. Not only do they look good but they are also well made. From ordering the fabric and deciding on the ‘look / design’ that I wanted I can only praise the service given. The curtains were ordered and made in 3 weeks. A good time frame considering we are so near Christmas. The staff are friendly, helpful and certainly know all about fabrics and design. I knew the curtains would be well made as I had a Roman Blind made in 2017 which also looks lovely

I asked AFW to make a Roman blind for my son’s bedroom from a duplicate duvet cover. I could not be happier with the quality and appearance of the finished blind, it is fantastic! It really adds to the look of the room. I wouldn’t hesistate to recommend this company.
