We offer a friendly service and always make time for all of our customers no matter how small the job. We currently have big contracts with local estate agents doing all aspects of property maintenance. As well as maintenance contracts with some of the major office blocks in Birmingham. We keep up to date with all leading boiler manufacturers so that we can offer great advice on what boiler would be best for your requirements. And have set prices for full central heating installs. We also regularly attend training courses on boiler repairs and offer a fast response when a customer calls with a breakdown. So for anything from a tap washer to a full refurb. From the quote, to the start of works, Vic provided excellent professional service.
He came COVID prepared at the initial quote and remained so, during the work.
We had our whole heating system replaced. The quote was really fair with an accurate start date and expected duration.
The job was harder than first thought but we weren’t changed any more. He tidied behind so well that the house was cleaner than when he arrived 😊
Totally recommended and worth waiting for. All good work men/women are booked for a reason. We were happy to wait a couple of weeks because we knew the standard of work and professionalism would be outstanding.

Really trustworthy guy who doesn’t charge extra when the job takes a lot longer than he anticipated and doesn’t try to get payment in cash like so many ask for. Used him several times now and he’s consistently reliable and fair.
