After Builders Cleaning London

Totally unprofessional. I am still waiting at 5pm for an explanation as to why they did arrive for a deep-cleaning appointment today. They insist on cash -don't touch them with a bargepole.

Deck cleaning I was told before appt that they would help me move leaves as I had health problems they did but reluctantly. I moved furniture but it was getting dark and I could not move anymore. I asked the cleaner if it was possible he said yes yes it is . But it was not cleaned properly. It was dark. Not surprising. Since the clean I have been in and out of hospital so it took time to call them. They asked got pictures which showed how dirty it still was. The response was the man helped you move leaves pre arranged... and furniture I rolled a rug bit due to me complaining after 12 days they can do nothing to help.
