Very unprofessional, i was on my third visit and although the staff were lovely and always did a fantastic job with my hair. The owner overcharged every time, changing the prices originally agreed. On my last visit although i paid a deposit of £50 online i was over changed by £120 for a total cost of £220 for a swash and silk press which is insane, i contacted the manager upon returning home with the figures and he agreed that i was overcharged but refused to issue the refund or even provide a credit, very unprofessional. I will not be returning and will be advising my family to not return either. They have lost a customer over a matter that could easier have been resolved.

Same as the review above. Unethical pricing strategy. They advertise one thing then rack up the price when you’re there for no extra service. Really unethical and unfair to customers and bad business practice.

Due to a worrying practise I cannot give this salon any higher than 1 as their charging system is completely unacceptable as they took a £50 deposit over the phone to secure payment of £110 for a curly perm, only to increase the price to £145 when my 16 year old daughter was in the salon, had her hair done, and was at the payment counter! Really disappointing as quoted £110 for a curly perm, and then was charged £145, which is not even an amount included on their price list ….this is for a 16 year old girl with shoulder length hair!!!! …….they also charged her £25 for a trim, which is completely unethical, and this was without mentioning the cost - I’ve never paid more than £20 for this level of cut. Which did not even include shaping!! To make matters worse they encouraged my 16 year daughter to purchase £52 worth of hair products for products!
