Afro Queen Hairs & Cosmetics

Absolutely horrendous experience for my young girl. Went independently to have a bit of time by herself. Paid £120 for tiny braids when she requested box braids, and the dye job was patchy! Went back in to get them to redo the hair, and they tried to charge us again!!!! Would not recommend at all.

Bad quality hair and bad attitude!
I bought hair here advertised as human only to return the next day because it was tangling and extremely dry (it looked like it was a month old already!!) and be refused an exchange or return and be blamed for the condition of hair. I've been buying human hair for years from reputable suppliers as always have weave in, but needed urgent local because of COVID delivery delays. This hair is by far the worst! She said she changed supplier and that could be why but she didn't have a care and refused to do anything, she was then was rude and told me I had to buy more as she didn't want to lose out because ger supplier won't rectify, bad business!! She tried to upsell me instead! Saying it was not her problem. So greedy!!
She braids well and sews good but u would think twice before buying any hair there!!
Two weeks later and the hair looks like it's 2 years old breaking regardless of the care I've tried to care.. I'm really dissapointed! Avoid AVOID
