I buy clip-in synthetic hair there and it has not happened that it does not last a year 👌 Of course, you also need to take care of it properly

Good prices, staff do follow you around the store but overall an essential and well priced hair care store

Contact lenses please complain

The contact lenses are not in date like they're made out to be on the box. I usually travel city to city to the same branch and it's normally fine when I buy lense from beauty queens in Birmingham but everytime I get contact lenses from here I get very bad irritation from it. They've even damaged my friends one eye.

Fake products with terrible service

This shop seems amazing for their cheap prices until you find out their products are fake, I bought 5 bottles of soft and free and when I compared all the liquid in each product they were all of different consistency and smell , to later find out all of the fonts on each bottle were slightly different, with also a slight variation in the tops of the bottles...definitely seem fishy. They either water down their products or they’re complete fakes that may be damaging to your hair. I also bought a curly weave from here that was sold as “real hair” until I did a burns test and found out the hair was as fake as plastic, I told them this and they wouldn’t refund!!

Spend your money with at shop that respects you.

They have a wide selection of products, but the way they treat customers is appalling. The store employees follow you around and stare at you as if you are coming there to steal. I noticed it seems that they only exercise this behaviour with certain customers. It is really ironic that they stereotype minorities, considering they are minorities themselves, and they probably do not want members of society to treat them differently based on the narrative pushed by the media of stereotypical asians, based on their religion etc. I would prefer to order my products on Amazon versus being subjected this treatment.I have warned all of my friends to stay away from this place until the employees treat us like respectful customers.
