African Children's Fund's work with partners in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe is making a real difference to the lives of 2,500 children born into poverty every year.
At African Children's Fund, we believe children are the future. We believe every child should:

* Be cared for and nurtured
* Live without fear, with the expectation of equality and justice
* Be given a voice and have their opinions respected and concerns addressed
Established in the Spring of 2006 by Dee & Peter Tyrer, we are a UK based charity (Reg. charity no. 1114699) and our projects are run by local staff who are committed to - and know the needs of - their own communities.
African Children's Fund presently works in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
