Dreadful and embarrassingly bad service, staff ignorant of dietary needs despite prior warning. 55 minutes for a meal to arrive which was inadequate in quantity and made me ill later. Don’t go to the toilets, filthy and dripping wet, just the toilet paper all over the floor to soak up the mess, one of the two cisterns not working. Their follow up complaints ‘service’ equally bad, basically they just ignore you
