Avoid at all costs! Overcharged my mother by £20 for a letter to be sent abroad via DHL.
He insisted my mother paid by cash and did not provide a receipt (only the tracking number). It was only after that we realised my mother had been charged £20 more than the online price. We queried this in store with the shopkeeper today and he got aggressive telling us his prices were different to the website. Refused to provide a receipt.
By looking at his other reviews you can see he is known for scamming others too. Stay away from this shop!!
Complaints have been made to DHL so that we can remove this store as an official provider of the service. Anyone else with a bad experience should do the same.

This store accepted a stolen phone and brought it for £50
After it was taken from my possession.
Do not use.

The shop owner is a scammer and fraud, I witnessed him asking a lady to pay £80 because he scanned her 80 pages document into a PDF and saved it into her USB drive...he said because the scanner used colors .....the lady was shocked and so was I. When she asked him to cancel and delete the document from the Usb, as she didn't have this money, he said it is too late as the scanner used lot of colors....
