The most upsetting and distressing experience of my life ! I was promised my £12000 job would be started the week following the quote and would be done without breaks taken to do other jobs. It wasn't started for 4 weeks and then was consistently done between other jobs and took 10 weeks to complete. The quote was to remove and replace fascias soffits etc and it was all overlclad apart from the back fascias. My driveway and artificial grass were not protected as promised, mess, cans and cigarette butts dumped everywhere. The day the job was finally finished I received a council notice ordering me to remove the cladding they applied to the front of my house within 28 days as it wasn't permitted. They quoted a further £7000 to remove the cladding & restore the front to its original Tudor fascia. The full restoration by another builder took just 1 day

Ian and Lorna really helped me out with some window locks recently. Their service was above and beyond normal customer service. I am very grateful and am very happy to recommend them to friends for anything window related. Would definitely use again. Fantastic service!

We had all new triple glazed windows, a new composite front door and a conservatory and all in the middle of the pandemic so credit to Affordable Windows, we had to wait for a couple of items with the pandemic but all went well. The install team could not have been better with their attention to detail and sense of humour, it was a pleasure. Now we are reaping the benefit of a very cosy new home as we moved into this house last July. if you are looking for double or triple glazing, or doors you wont do any better as the products are excellent but its also the install thats equally important isn't it and we are very happy and more important now nice and warm. Ian & his team have great customer service from the start til the very end. Came at short notice. Even gave a free can of 3in1 oil for my grandad. Know how how to look after customers. Would highly recommend. 5/5. Thanks again guys.

I first ordered Windows and a door in January 2017 I finally got the windows in July 2017. I paid my deposit from then on it was delays ,excuses, ignored promises of work .infact when the Windows did arrive the door was still missing.i was told it will be another week . It's taken 7 months so far this is during a period Of great personal upheaval after the death of my wife,did not mean a thing to the owner / manager this company has a good product but is run so atrociously it is just incompetence maybe too much work and not enough staff . It would be a sunny day in hell before I used these again purely because of such abismal customer service.
