Not commenting on this guys skills of cutting but as a neighbour of someone who have used him we found him very rude and unprofessional. Went out to speak to him about the amount he was cutting off our trees but he wasn't interested and did not want to look at examples of what he had already cut. Instead he thought it appropriate to name call and refused to give his company details. Luckily my husband went round to get the details from his vehicle. Although he stated that he knew what he is doing we failed to see why he thought it okay to cut over the 'shared' boundary wall and that our side of the boundary wall was the 'line' to use. If it is a 'shared' boundary wall then the 'central point' of the wall is the line to use not the furthest point from the neighbours property. It is not about knowing what you are doing it is more about whether you should be doing it!!

John and John arrived promptly to fell our large pine tree this morning. Brilliant job done, tree felled and logged for us and the whole site left very clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend them and we will certainly use them again. Maggie
