These are the reasons why I want MY MONEY BACK:
I do not want Bradley to touch the roof as it is causing more damage than benefit i.e. Affordable Roofing replaced over 30 tiles that I paid for and now I have over 20 broken tiles after many attempts were taken to fix the leaks.
The roughcast works also did not sort out the leaks.
Also, it is not my problem on what happens within your company. You have not managed to sort out my roof for 6 months now, so I am not wanting to wait anymore.
I just want my money back simple as that. Phone me and we can discuss.

UPDATE: Business owner claimed that the company is now closed. And avoiding to pay back the money for work this company never finished. Hope no one goes through this experience I did.

"Fixed" the leak around my chimney and changed the broken tiles. 6 months later - the roof is still leaking and there are now 20 or more broken tiles which was the result of their workers trying to sort out the leakages around chimney.
Initially I was told that only the tiles need replaced and some glass fibre resin to be put around the lead. This did not sort out the leak and I was told that the roughcasting of the chimney need to be replaced. I agreed to pay the money for it and still - issue is the same, leakages around the chimney. They keep on saying that they re-visit. They re-visited twice after they failed to do the work properly with no result. I then contacted an independent roofer and was told that: there are over 20 broken tiles and some of them concreted around to hide the breakages, the lead channels are clogged up with roughcasting pebbles forcing water under the tiles, and there are massive gaps between the newly installed roughcasting and the lead.

Very friendly and very helpful good job on my down pipes would use them again

This is one of the best companies of their type I have used. They have done 3 jobs for me now and have been incredibly honest, efficient, reliable and as they claim... Affordable. Highly recommended.
