In the past 4 years alone we have built over 400 new houses and renovated over 3682 properties across England and Wales. We have achieved an average of 99.93% meeting set deadlines and health and safety compliance. We work with 27 major housing associations and 12 major councils across England and Wales.

British Maintenance also carries out gas and electrical work for rented properties.

Our Commercial & Industrial part of the company performs a vast range of jobs from minor commercial projects to larger size projects, Mainly schools and hospitals. Our design service enables seamless delivery from conceptual design through to installation and beyond.
