Rob and his apprentice Will provide an excellent service. They were hard-working and determined to complete the job (new rads and thermostat) to my satisfaction. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

Had a great first time experience using Rob to install a replacement boiler.Gave me a few relevant model options but he was also happy to suggest his preference when asked yet with no pressure for me to go for that choice.I went for Worcester Bosch,and as Rob is one of their registered independent fitters I get the bonus of a longer 10 year warranty which is a nice benefit on a large ticket item.His quote was reasonable too.

Rob was friendly but professional on top of his actual skills,and kept me updated at all times,turned up on time,and pretty much worked straight through to get the install finished and allowi time to ensure I understood new boiler controls.Also appreciated that if someone did call him,he would wrap it up quickly and get back to work.Finally a nice touch is that everything was left clean and tidy at the end of it all.

Only downside,is the amount of teabags it takes to keep him ticking,but a small price to pay for a job well done,and will happily use him again.

Rob is an excellent friendly Plumber/ Heating engineer. He explains what he is doing and from my experience did an excellent job (very neat work and tidy too). His prices are competitive so you know that you are not being ripped off - so would definitely recommend.
