Excellent and Reliable Service

I'd driven over from Belgium (boyfriend's Belgian so living there at the moment) for a long weekend to visit family and our Citroën Berlingo broke down. Last thing you need on a short-break holiday!!!
The car wouldn't start and it was a Saturday so I was desperate to get it fixed as we were leaving on Monday morning. Affordable Motor Repairs was the only company from the mobile mechanic list on Yell that actually answered my SOS. Some of the other companies featured did not even have a correct number or I was diverted to answer phone straightaway.
When the mechanic arrived, he quickly identified the problem and a spare part was bought and replaced within the hour!!!
I would highly recommend this company as he was honest and reliable and did not waste any time to stretch out the hourly rate.

my car was not running right. The engine management was on. i called affordable motor repairs. They came round quickly diagnosed the problem. it was a dodgy connection on the air mass sensor. the problem was quickly sorted and the light was turned off all for £50. will definitely use them again. jay

head gasket problem on my bmw 325 e46

I had a problem with the head gasket on my e46. garages told me I needed to change my engine because it was too bigger job. I called moss at affordable motor repairs. he came round priced the job went away and came back two days later. the car has never run so good, he also sorted out a few other issues when he was there free of charge. very happy with my car, would definitely recommend to others!

We had problem with our gasket, fairly new car so was worried but we called Tim, he came straight away... the business stands by its name.. It was more than affordable... He did a brilliant job on the car ,.. More than happy with the service... Will use him again... Will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good mechanic as they are hard to find... genuine work ...Thank you

I called this garage as my car wouldn't start. They came out to me at the time they said they would and quickly diagnosed the problem.
Parts fitted and car back on the road and a very good price. I will use them again for servicing I think.
