Fee of just 8% (No VAT) For Fully Managed Instructions
Highly Competitive Admin Fees for Tenants Reducing Void Periods
As well as being a Letting Agent we have experience in Estate Agency and can therefore offer the following:
Fee of 1% (No VAT)
Minimum of £1000 For Estate Agency Instructions
