Good enough but totally missold

A friendly member of this team convinced me on the doorstep to have my driveway sealed promising a driveway clear of weeds and a 10 year guarantee. I agreed and the work was done the same day quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately I feel that I was completely missold, as 2 days later the weeds began to grow among my paving stones. When I called them about this they insisted that their work was to seal the dirt off of the driveway - something that I have never heard of, and would not have paid for if I had known. I was then encouraged to buy a product from B&Q to sort out the weeds myself. They were nice enough but I feel like I wasted my money.
