A company with no morals

Worst business ever, they take calls for companies who don't want to speak to their customers. Staff are advised to lie about the validity of illegal parking tickets by UKPC, and companies who have taken money from people with no intention of delivering goods. Customers have no idea this is an answering service and continually scream at you. Staff are also advised to keep customers on calls for as long as possible on premium rate numbers. Staff are also deducted pay, bringing wages to an average of MAX £4/hour, for simple errors like missing a full stop at the end of an email
