We provide an architectural design service from inception to completion on residential or other type projects. We believe we have a good understanding of the planning process and work with the Local Authority to obtain permission for your project whether it be modest extensions or multiple new residential units. We have experience in gaining planning for a change of use from retail to residential and new houses on existing brown field sites.

We are experienced in the preparation of Building Control full plans submissions to the Local Authority and can suggest engineers we have worked with in the past for the structural design.

We have experience in preparing bespoke detailed tender documents in the form of drawings and tender NBS specifications to enable the return of a lump sum price for the work.

We will assist in drawing up a tender list, tendering and administration of the contract valuing the work and writing certificates for payment, practical completion and final certificate.

We pride ourselves in getting the clients project designed to their wishes achieving building control and built to the tendered sum.

Some of our work is repeat commissions from clients we have worked with in the past.

Our principal has over thirty years design experience 22 of those years as a chartered architect.
