Aesthetics Redefined

Extremely unprofessional. Often say they're card machine isn't working when it actually is. The number of times I've had to go outside after a treatment to withdraw cash when my sister has been on the same day for a cheaper treatment and paid by card. Secondly, they do not stick to the closing times specified online. They close whenever they wish to in the evenings. Yesterday I rang at 4pm to ask what time they close sad was told 6pm. I told the lady I would be there around 5.30pm yet when I got there for 5.40pm it was closed. Completely wasted my time!!

I was so thrilled to see a local beauty saloon the way I wanted and the service was fabulous in the beginning too but now all down the hill from customers service to the actually services 😔
Very disappointing there’s only one lady and she’s in and out picking the phone and welcoming the customers during the treatment and very very rude and charging way too much !!! so best to go back to my old saloon bit far for me but feel much better there .

Had my eyelashes done today and the lady did a fabulous job, was very polite and efficient! I will be returning, was also at a good affordable price! Thank you xx

After having my face waxed I quickly learnt that she had missed loads off hair. She didn't clean my face before or after leaving me with loads off wax on my face. She also charged me 37 pounds witch is way to exspensive for 8 minutes off her time
They were always talking in a foreign language. This was the worst experience I had in a saloon DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!
