Maria Has done an amazing job on my eyebrows, very pleased with the result. Will definitely recommend her.

Absolutely fuming, she wouldn't respond to requests to reschedule my appointment. I explained I wanted to be at my 7 year old son's first piano exam. No response. I arranged for someone else to take him despite the fact that he wanted me. Got to my appointment and she's not there. Called her, she's out, she cancelled it in her diary but failed to communicate anything at all with me. Absolute waste of my morning. She also didn't seem to care much when I initially informed her that I was super sensitive and prone to reactions. I wanted a test line, she refused. When she wasn't at the appointment I asked her to refund my deposit and she's refused. I'm pretty sure she would forfeit my deposit if I had not turned up. So why does she get to keep my deposit when she's not present for our appointment? Such shoddy, unprofessional, disrespectful service. Always always be wary of these services from people who work from home. Doubt she is properly qualified for anything. Lost my money. my time.

Maria's work is overpriced and underwhelming. On top of that, she charged £500 including a non existent touch up which she included for £100 and then refused to deliver. She cancelled the touch up appointment twice, then said it would not work beyond 8-10 weeks (completely her fault - she cancelled and then had to be chased to rearrange twice), then said it was not necessary anyway and refused to refund me the extra £100 she had charged for a service she did not perform!! Completely dishonest and actually illegal, but obviously not worth my while to pursue in small claims court which she knows. £500 for less than an hour's work? Ridiculous

Maria has done wonders to my brows and I was very pleased with the end result as my brows have NEVER looked so good!! I always had thin brows and Maria shaped them to fit my face, she also seemed to work very carefully and precisely making the brows even It was not very painful as she uses an effective numbing agent. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return in six weeks for top up!!
