Fab service and wonder wheel refurb. Loving my car now!

When a firm tells you on the phone that the service you have received from them “has been terrible”, that is quite an admission. I delivered my wheels to Aerocoat for refurbishment back in December 2022.

Over 6 months, Aerocoat failed to keep track of various wheel components, failed to pack and return various wheel components to me & failed to respond to repeated emails asking how the work was progressing.

Finally when my central caps weren’t returned to me by May 2023, Aerocoat assured me that they were “locked in a drawer”. However, 2 wks later they then changed their story to say they had “broken” at the outset and been thrown away. At no point in the 6 sorry months, was I ever told that. Clearly they were mislaid.

I repeatedly asked for an explanation as to why Aerocoat’s customer service had been so unprofessional. I was repeatedly assured I would have one, but that never happened.

I am sorry, but the customer service from this team has been simply abysmal.

Andy and Paul at aerocoat was very helpful and went above and beyond to help .. fantastic communication and work ethic from him .. As of Mike He under appreciates he’s staff and under pays them for what they do

Just picked up some work I had done for my Harley Davidson 1750cc Street Bob
by Aerocoat, including some new handlebars from Chrome into Satin Black.
The work-quality on all 7 parts for my motorbike is absolutely ‘Awesome’ as was their price and quick turnaround time. Thanks guys (especially Ant) . Highly recommended.
