A family member who works as a carer on a minimum wage uses this Company regularly because no buses are running to suit her unsocial hours a lot of the time. She got a taxi this morning- the 31st December - NOT a bank holiday - without any warning or prior notice they decided to charge double fares all day. The fare was £17.50 instead of £8.75- first 2 hours worked for nothing because of course the majority of carers get no extra for unsocial hours or bank holidays - appalling way to treat regular customers!!!!!

I have asked for a refund plenty of times for a taxi I booked on the 20th of October which was for 3 days later on the 23rd of October and they always said call back when the manager is here so one day I did and he said he would transfer it and it will take 3/5 D -considering I’m 16 and this is my bus money to college I needed it back he tells me he will do it in the morning so I end the call and feel happy Later because I really need the money for the busses I call back just to make sure considering this was 5 hours later in the afternoon on a Thursday I asked if they had done it yet and they said no and the MANAGER promised it would be done that night so I forgot about it so today the next week is the 5th day and I look at my account and there is no money there so I called up this morning and they told me to wait for the manager to come in and they can’t tell me so now I’m really annoyed and I can’t get to college on Thursday because the 13.30 I’m owed with proof of a bank statement.

Really poor service - whenever we use this company they are always late.. unreliable

Never use this company for a taxi unless you want to be let down
Booked a seven seater taxi for a suturday night on the Tuesday for 6pm with a return for 8.30pm
Saturday arrived and no taxi turned up
Arranged a taxi with another firm and one was with us straight away
Having arrived at destination we proceeded with our drinks and meal,at 7.15 half way through meal I get a text message to say taxi is on its way,nothing like being punctual,I called them and told them I had booked this for 6pm,good job no train or plane to catch,told them got another taxi firm for our trip there and back and didn’t need them so she cancelled it,no apology or explanation
Imagine surprise when at 8.20,you guessed it,text message to say taxi on its way,called and spoke to the same woman who said she had cancelled it before
Company and staff shambolic and incompetent to say the least,no apology nothing.
So if you ever want to go nowhere,book a taxi with this company
