Aero Cars Licenced Private Hire providing taxi services to the travelling public of East Leeds.

We offer a 24 hour service 365 days per year, vehicles can be booked in advance or for immediate hire.

All our drivers and vehicles are licensed by Leeds City Council, drivers have passed a local hackney carriage/private hire knowledge test and enhanced CRB check, now known as the DBS, Disclosure & Barring Service.

Aero Cars offer a meet & greet service at all Airports Including Leeds & Bradford Airport.

Bookings can be made to or from the airport, we recommend that bookings should be made in advance. Contact phone number & flight numbers are required to guarantee your taxi waiting on your arrival at the airport.

Avoid!!!!.... TOTAL SHAMBLES of a company

They used to be good...UNTIL THEY AMALGAMATED WITH ROADRUNNERS & SOUTH LEEDS CABS!!
Made TWO recent booking via their (formally good) 'icab despatch' system.
1st booking was a no show, so I called direct to chase them up to be told that it would be £7 MORE (a hike of 23%)!
2nd booking was also a no show (From the airport)
This company now a TOTAL SHAMBLES and a LIABILITY to anyone wanting a reliable service.

Never use this taxi company full of s h i t no one answering phones, no drivers and they say that they in partnership with wheels and south leeds full of s h i t another two s h i t companies. ill stick with roadrunners and ab cars.

Poor quality firm, do not book!!!!

Absolutely shocking service! Booked a taxi from our house for friends with our children. Car never turned up despite us watching out of the window constantly. Was told it did and when I said I’ve had nothing but issues with this company the operator slammed the phone down on me! They were great at first but not anymore. One of the last taxis we ordered from them had the driver on the phone to his mate whilst driving and my husband actually asked him to put it down whilst driving! We had our children in the car and he was speeding at that point too. Please look for other companies as these really aren’t worth the hassle!!

After attempting to book a return journey to a house party on NYE I was told I'd need to call them 30 mins before I wanted to be picked up as they weren't taking return bookings. At 12.30am I called and was told there was a 1.5 hour wait, fair enough, booked anyway as a company I trust. At 3.15am I called to check whereabouts, office closed! Voicemail message to call their sister company Wheels quoting Aero as they had picked up bookings. Wheels had no record of my booking, the operator heard saying "oh no not again, they're always doing this". Didn't appreciate being stranded in a rural village with a child until 4am. AB cars came within 20 mins of my distress call. Won't be using Aero again or recommending them.

Let down

Have used this company for nearly a year after moving to area. Last night I phoned to book a taxi for 12.30am, giving a couple of hours notice, to be told they wouldn't pick up from leeds. When I explained that they have my name, number and address and that I wasn't just some random caller, they said I hadn't used them for 4 months and would not pick me up. I'm a single mum who doesn't get to go out much. I would like a taxi company I can trust.
