My advice is don't use. My elderly mum was charged nearly £500. Your advert says £100 for an aerial fit and retune. Don Shaw I believe didn't even go on the roof. Looked up!! Fitted an aerial in a different place. We've had to have another firm confirm our fears ,redo aerial and do proper checks inside and out. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Even when the family rang to say nothing had changed you gave excuses and never returned to help her. £500 for nothing???

We booked with this company for an aerial for 2 rooms. We were quoted £270 when it came to payment it had suddenly increased to £350. Don gave some spill about having to add bits on etc but this was not communicated prior to works done. He was accompanied by a young man who was helping for the day who was clearly under the influence of substances however was more pleasant than Don. As someone below has stated this company is run by 1 person. We were informed the aerial comes with warranty for 1 year. We cannot get signal for some channels and the quality is really poor. We have called on multiple occasions to have this looked at under warranty each time being told we would get a call back. When we called again we were told someone had come out, which was a blatant lie then informed that he can send someone but there will be a callout fee despite still being under warranty. Just want to take your money and run. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

One man business who pretends to be more. They say a bad workman blames his tools. This is very appropriate here. The fault is everything but the workman and the guarantee is worthless. As i my case he doesn't deal with the fault please contact Confederation of Aerial Industries.

Call out time was good and replacement aerial good. Very untidy worker left rotten wood that the old aerial was attched to, old aerial and cable in back garden. I am disabled and didn't see this. My son saw it on his visit.

Very professional job . Clean and tidy also .
