Aerial-Tek

Aerial Fitters Arrived this morning as scheduled so timing not an issue between 9 and 11am.

However fitters started to run in a new aerial cable but did not give me the opportunity to explain what I wanted doing. They assumed it was to run in a new cable but my floors are solid, so I proceeded to try and explain.

Then one of the fitters started muttering under their breath and then when I asked what the problem was they stated that they were going to take the aerial down because they were to fit to suit one TV.

Then when I asked why he did not give me the chance to explain that I had an amplifier in the roof space and it was just a case of putting a new aerial in and connecting to the existing amplifier cable I was swore at in the middle of the street as they were putting their ladders away.
I had children in the house upstairs who heard this totally unacceptable behaviour.
Irrespective of any miscommunication there is absolutely no excuse for swearing at a customer.
