Give my wife a quote over the phone which was 50/55 pounds, did job in 35 minutes and demanded 115? Easy cash, but last from us!

After calling a week in advance received a phone call week later to book a call out for next day. Calling at 9am next morning to ask could I be at house next day asap despite being told its not the house I'm living at. Agreed on 12 noon so rushed to the house luckily being my day off work which is a 30 mins drive to find 3 hours later would not be attending as other jobs took longer than expected and could maybe "see if Friday suited". Not professional but did receive an apology.
