I became very ill on holiday and was hospitalised as a result. All of this was reported and doctors notes hospital notes all provided.
My case ended up with Aegis legal and after several years of being close to resolution they instructed a doctor to compile a report which was packed with lies and did not reflect what I had said at all.
I insisted on a second true report being done as my case was genuine and no need to lie.
After wasting several years and lots of time on my case I received a letter out of the blue saying that they were not taking my case further.
I had to chase at every stage and received emails with several typos at one point I was even sent someone else’s case update (surely this is confidential)
They are immoral and incompetent please do not use them
